Woohoo! i.t Is Landing In Singapore!!

| |
Hi Huneybees,

I am trembling with joy! i.t - the Hong Kong-based fashion conglomerate will be making its mark here in Singapore! I don't have to specially fly to Hong Kong for these labels anymore!!!

For those who have waited long and turning into giraffes, be sure to save up now as i.t steps into the heart of Orchard. Collaborating with Wing Tai Asia, the i.t concept store will be located at #03-15 of Wisma Atria in June. It will be a 10, 200 square foot store, full of spacious space with 9 avant-garde new-to-Singapore, cutting-edge street fashion brands - izzue, b + a b, 5cm, tout à coup, fingercroxx, Venilla suite, as know as de base, mysty woman and Pageboy.

I can totally see the flood of fashionista-s (including me) when the store opens. The brands target both male and female young adults,  between 20-35 years old and they are simply not to be missed if you love layering and standing out from a crowd.

The store would be inspired by i.t Hollywood Plaza store and would be using different woods to construct a variety of patterns, creating i.t's signature edgy look with a touch of different themes for the individual brands. However, before the store is opened, let's take a look at what's to come. Shall we?

The media preview was hosted by Rozz and she was dressed in izzue. Joining her on stage was Deborah Cheng, Vice President of i.t. Ltd. and Helen Khoo, Executive Director at Wing Tai Retail Pte Ltd.

Are you ready to check out the apparels? I know I am!

First up, izzue! It's a brand that all Hong Kong visitors will recognize. It's at almost every corner and has been a leading member in the city's creative design scene. It's original, eccentric and fashion forward. What's best is that it caters to both male and female!

Starting from a mere counter in a shopping mall, b + a b has over 20 stores in Hong Kong now. Endorsed by Angelababy, the brand focuses in designing fashion for a younger target group and has created its very own distinguished image. The brand has different lines - High Fashion, Fashion Line and Jeans Line as well as shoes and accessories.

i.t's house brand - 5cm has been a well-loved label for local fashionista-s since its launch. Here's a brand dedicated to the men who loves different style of dressing. Their signature is the use of classic black and white, and this year 5cm ushers in the brand's 15th anniversary with a collaboration with Terry Richardson. He is the world renowned American fashion, portrait and documentary photographer and he has come up with an ad campaign for 5cm.

tout à coup is established in 2007 and it offers an eclectic wardrobe for young ladies. It has classy fabrics and trendy silhouettes with 3 lines - Tailor, Casual & Fancy Line, and it's definitely something the OLs should check out.

As one of double-park’s house lines, fingercroxx designs clothes inspired by the daily occurrences in life. fingercroxx’s brand logo featuring two crossing fingers delivers a positive message yet carries the meaning of street slang. Also, designers reinterpret the brand logo according to the different seasonal themes. The logo, consistent with the design theme accentuates the wearer’s individuality. fingercroxx focuses on the pattern and fabrics as well as infuses trendy elements and detailing, making the brand a pioneer of the local street fashion scene.

i.t started its first fashion accessories store, Venilla suite to cater to the new generation of office ladies who looks to fashionable products. I.T named the first shoes and accessories shop “Venilla” after the sweet ingredient Vanilla, illustrating an irresistible temptation. Venilla suite’s footwear collection covers every occasion, from work to smart casual or off-duty casual. Comfort is highly regarded at the house of Venilla suite as well as trendiest designs fresh off the runways in Europe. The designs focus on curves and details as well as delicate craftsmanship to create must-have pieces in your wardrobe.

mysty woman
Being one of the most popular teenage womenswear brands, mysty woman has always been famous for clothes which merge different styles. Its items are feminine, trendy and fused with military elements at the same time. It suits girls who lean towards a unisex style most.

PAGEBOY
Established in 1975 by its Japanese designer Hattori Mika, PAGEBOY designs stylish and casual apparel. With its success as a trend setter, PAGEBOY has long been famous in both Japan and the overseas fashion industry.

Being a line of as know as, as know as de base designs cute clothes for women. It utilizes multiple fabrics and patterns to make fashion look fun. All of its items are made with attention to details, at the same time stylish and subtle, bringing out one’s individuality and making it a must-have in one's wardrobe.

Can't wait for June to arrive right? I'm already eyeing on a few pieces. Hope by then, I would lose a bit more weight and it will definitely be major shopping time for me!
